PETALING JAYA: Sime Darby Property Bhd has won two major awards at the FIABCI World Prix d’Excellence Awards 2023 held in Florida, US.

In a statement, the property developer said its City of Elmina was named the World Gold winner in the Masterplan category for its holistic design that demonstrates how nature can coexist with a well-planned development.

Its Cantara Residences, a family-oriented residential development located in Ara Damansara was bestowed with the World Silver award for the Residential Mid-Rise category.
