Ahead of Rajasthan cabinet’s oath-taking ceremony, Congress MLA Johari Lal Meena on November 21 alleged that state Minister Tika Ram Jully is a corrupt man. “In our district (Alwar), it is well known that Tika Ram Jully is a corrupt man and that his family is involved in the collection. I asked the party leadership to remove him but instead, he has been made a minister. I am against it,” said Meena.
