KUALA LUMPUR: Mesiniaga Bhd has accepted two contracts with Measat Broadcast Network Systems Sdn Bhd for the supply of equipment and infrastructure.

In separate filings with Bursa Malaysia, it said the contracts entail the supply of RGW and MESH WiFi routers as well as the supply and commissioning of Internet service provider core infrastructure.

The contract for the supply of the internet service provider core infrastructure, which carries a value of RM49.33mil, is for the period of Sept 30, 2021, to Feb 28, 2027.

Meanwhile, the contract for the supply of RGW and MESH WiFi routers is for the period of Sept 30, 2021, to Sept 29, 2026.

The contract has a value range of RM4.06mil to RM114.84mil, subject to the purchase orders issued by the customer based on its requirement.

Neither contract has a clause for automatic renewal.

Both contracts are expected to contribute positively to the group’s earnings and net assets for the financial year ending Dec 31, 2021, until the end the expiry of the contracts.
