JERUSALEM — Hollywood producer and tycoon Arnon Milchan on Sunday testified against Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu at his corruption trial, saying he used to send lavish gifts to Netanyahu and his wife.

BAGHDAD — An Iraqi army officer and three Islamic State (IS) militants were killed on Sunday in a clash in Iraq’s northern province of Kirkuk, the Iraqi military said.
