Pune (Maharashtra) June 16 (ANI): Maharashtra Chief Minister Eknath Shinde on June 16 condemned the decision taken by the Congress-led Karnataka government over removing a chapter on Vinayak Damodar Savarkar from the school textbook. CM Eknath Shinde said, “Savarkar and Hegdevar are very important personalities. The effort taken by Savarkar to make India free is unforgettable. It is unfortunate. This is condemnable.”
