The meeting will be attended by Union home minister Amit Shah, BJP national president JP Nadda, general secretaries and party in-charges of the different states.
Shah, Nadda and party general secretary (organisation) BL Santosh have been meeting regularly for the past few days to discuss, strategise and finalise a team for the upcoming assembly as well as Lok Sabha elections. A meeting of the top leaders took place on Wednesday, too, at the party office.
The last meeting of BJP CMs and deputy CMs was called on May 28, where PM Narendra Modi reviewed the implementation of central government schemes in states.
As per sources, the upcoming meeting is different where discussion would largely focus on planning for election-going states as well as the Lok Sabha election.
As of now, there is no confirmation of Modi attending the meeting. However, there is likely to be a short meeting of all CMs and and deputy CMs with the Prime Minister. On June 11, Amit Shah will be in Andhra Pradesh to address a public meeting in Visakhapatnam. The meeting of chief ministers is likely to take place in the evening and Shah will be joining it after returning from Andhra Pradesh.
