Dalvin Cook‘s time in Minnesota looks to be coming to an end.
The 27-year-old has been dynamic in the Minnesota Vikings backfield for the last six seasons, making four Pro Bowls. But back in March, when the team handed out a new deal to Cook’s presumptive backup, Alexander Mattison, the writing was on the wall for the former Florida State product. And given that the Vikes are going to need all the resources they have at their disposal for Justin Jefferson’s next deal, trading Cook and his contract starts to make a lot more sense. The Miami Dolphins have been the team most often linked to a trade for Cook, with a possible swap happening any day now.
Which brings us to today’s quiz of the day. Since the 2000 NFL season, a running back has rushed for 1,500 or more yards in a season on 50 occasions, including Cook who ran for 1,557 yards during the 2020 campaign. So with that in mind, how many of the 50 can you name in six minutes?
Good luck!
