The Samsung Galaxy S21 FE is coming soon. And now, even Samsung has confirmed it. Before its rumored launch at the end of December, the smartphone has made an appearance on its official website in the UAE.

Exynos is here to stay

While the webpage has now been taken down, it was promptly spotted by Evan Blass.

Above, you can see the smartphone in its green color finish. Moreover, you can also notice the SM-G990E/DS model number which signifies that the smartphone is running on Samsung’s in-house Exynos 2100 chip. Last year, we saw two different variants of the Galaxy S20 FE in the UAE. The 4G version was based on Samsung’s Exynos chip whereas the 5G version was based on the Qualcomm Snapdragon chip. However, it seems this time, there might only be one version here.

Rumored specifications

We have seen several leaks of the Galaxy S21 FE leading up to its official launch. It will sport a 6.4-inch Super AMOLED Infinity-O display at FHD+ resolution, HDR10+ and a 120Hz refresh rate. Regions like the UAE may get the Exynos 2100 powered device whereas other markets may get the Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 powered device, complimented with 8GB of RAM and either 128GB or 256GB of storage.

On the front, expect to see a 32MP selfie shooter. Otherwise, you will find IP68 water and dust resistance, a 4,500mAh battery, stereo speakers and a selection of colors for the smartphone.
